Rev. Wilkie (Bro.Mike) is a graduate of Perkins School of Theology, Southern Methodist University, with a Masters of Divinity degree. Answering the call to ordained ministry in 1992, he has served United Methodist Churches in Texas, Tennessee and Arkansas, and is an ordained Elder under appointment in the Arkansas United Methodist Conference. He has also served as Chief Chaplain at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR. Bro. Mike is married to the former Nancy Watson Warren of Mt. Holly, AR, and has two children and three grandchildren. Prior to entering the ministry, Bro. Mike served in the U.S. Army Special Forces (Sgt), the U. S. Navy Intelligence Service (Lt), and as an Intelligence Analyst for the Defense Intelligence Agency. He is a Rotarian and active in many community activities. He serves on the Phillips County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and on the Main Street Board of Directors.
Martin Rawls is a graduate of Desoto School and currently attending Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. He served as Christian Club president at Desoto School for 2 years and is currently serving as President of the Jr. Tri County Fair Board. Martin is also an Assistant coach at Desoto School for Women’s basketball and Senior High football team as well as working at Hickory Hill Pharmacy as a front clerk.
